Our review of the Turntable Apartments, Denver?

Turntable Apartments Denver – Which is the most populous city in Colorado? It’s Denver. In the last official census, its population spiked 24.82%. Not just that, the census bureau also reported that Denver is the fastest growing city in the state at a rate of 2.42%. Denver has also been declared the most rapidly growing city in the United States by the World Population Review.

Thus, as the population grows, the demand for single-person residences has also increased significantly. Therefore, to keep up with the rising housing demand, micro-apartment buildings are now becoming more common. A residential unit of 150-350 square feet is usually considered a “micro-apartment.” Today, we will talk about one such building, Turntable Apartments Denver – the first of its kind.

What is Turntable Studio Apartments?

To cater to the growing housing need of the city, Nicholas Partnership tossed the idea of converting the iconic Hotel VQ into a micro boutique apartment building, aka Turntable Studio Apartments. Initially built in 1967 with a total area of 94,000 square feet, the building has a unique cylindrical design. It was a popular hotel next to Sports Authority Stadium in the Sun Valley neighborhood and West of the LoHi neighborhood.

The former VQ hotel building at 1975 High Mill was completely renovated in 2015 and turned into a 13 story, 179 apartment unit complex. Nicholas Partnership is known for the Spire condominium building downtown, and now they have introduced Colorado’s first-ever micro-apartment building. The Turntable Studios apartment building is located in Denver County, the 80204 ZIP Code, and the Denver County 1 School District attendance zone.
